That system results in a lack of communication, high stress for the borrower and lots of last minute surprises.

My purpose is to ask lots of questions, determine your intentions, establish your qualifications, understand your priorities and present you with options that best reflect what's important to YOU. Since I'm usually only working on about 10 files at a time and because I have a dedicated processor who only works on my files, I DO have the time to devote personal attention to each and every client so I can give you the quality of Service, Competence and Professionalism that you deserve.
