John Harding started in the mortgage business in January of 1990. Over the last 17 years, as a Loan Consultant, he has helped hundreds of his valuable clients (who become friends) achieve their dream of homeownership as well as save thousands of dollars through refinancing. 

John has built his business with the "By Referral Only" philosophy which has resulted in a highly successful business built on the personal referrals of his client's friends, families, neighbors, co-workers and loved ones.  John specializes in "Low Stress Loans" and is committed to providing the highest quality products and service available in the industry.

 John is also a "Certified Mortgage Planner".  He works with clients to help them manage their real estate investments and home equity to increase liquidity, ensure safety and get a better rate of return so they can use their mortgage as a tool to enhance their net worth over time.

John lives and works in Snohomish and is married to his wife of 33 years, Kerry, who is John's "Client Appreciation Specialist"!!  John has 3 grown children . . . Mariah, Sierra and Luke. John is active in his church, "Seed Church" in Bothell, "Prisoners for Christ", a prison ministry and also serves his community through the South Everett - Mukilteo Rotary Club.
